1. How mindfulness practice can help us stay focused on a task

Our working environment hosts a plethora of distractions and demands making it often challenging to stay focused on a task. In this workshop we’ll explore what mindfulness is and explore some key teachings and practices. We will look at how the brain works and learn mindfulness tools that participants can use instantly in their day-to-day working life so they can increase their attention span, their resilience and engagement at work.

2. How mindfulness practice can help us stay calm and grounded when things get hectic

We never know what happens in a day; unforeseen and unexpected things happen all the time that can leave us feeling stressed and overwhelmed. In this workshop we will explore what mindfulness is and explore some key teachings and practices. We will learn how being stressed effects our body and mind as well as some practical tools to help you stay calm, grounded and clear headed when things get hectic.
